Larry Block (October 30, 1942 – October 7, 2012) was an American radio, TV, film and theater actor. In 1971, Block appeared on Sesame Street as Tom, who worked at Hooper's Store. Block also had a brief appearances in the films Slap Shot (1977) and Don't Say a Word (2001), alongside Michael Douglas and Brittany Murphy, as well as Martin Scorcese's After Hours.


Larry Block is an actor who has appeared in numerous programs from the early 1980s to the present. He is prominently featured in telephone conversations in the Karma programs.
He was a regular character on Joe Frank's radio program Work In Progress on KCRW. He was prominently featured in telephone conversations with Frank, such as those in the "Karma" series.
