Highways West is the name of a program Joe Frank produced as part of the series Work In Progress. It was originally broadcast in 1986.
Synopsis
The owner and employees of a pawn shop. An ideal day to enjoy the outdoors, backed with ocean sounds (?) and electronica. Two friends scam an airport suitcase claim, drive a car across the country and lose their money gambling, and begin running drugs. Stories of people who work on the loading dock.
