Plerophory Of Pain is a program Joe Frank produced for the series The Other Side.
Synopsis
Larry Block is dismayed at his son Zak's spitting and other misbehavior; Zak defends and deflects. Larry reads Zak's poem "Trans-Mundane Agony". Joe asks Larry "what distinguishes your drinking from his taking drugs?" Zak says he was placed on Earth to help people, which Joe challenges. Larry has a drink at a bar early in the afternoon, eventually drunkenly kissing a woman he doesn't know.
