Disclaimer and copyright
(By Erik Shirokoff; copied from the Joe Frank Reminder)
Joe Frank has requested that his fans not publish transcripts of his work, and I fully respect that wish. I believe that these descriptions are so incomplete and useless to anyone who hasn't already heard the programs that making them available online shouldn't be a problem. If anyone disagrees (particularly anyone representing Joe or his producers), please let me know.
Copyright of this document is complicated. I would generally classify it as fair use, similar to the countless movie and television program databases which are published online. I should therefore own the copyright. At the same time, if someone were to produce a script for a radio program based entirely on a description here, I suspect that Joe Frank would be able to successfully claim infringement. To whatever degree I own the work, therefore, it seems that I am not entirely free to publish it under a Creative Commons or GFDL license.
Until someone comes up with a better idea, I claim the copyright on everything contained in this document. You may not do anything with this text, aside from personal use, without first obtaining my explicit permission. If it sounds like something to which Joe might object, I'll tell you to ask his agents as well.
(Since writing this, Erik explicitly granted the Joe Frank community permission to re-use content on his site to populate the Joe Frank Wiki.)
